Keep Yourself Hydrated:

To avoid dehydration, it's important to drink lots of water throughout the day in addition to eating foods high in water. Carry a reusable water bottle with you everywhere you go, and make sure you routinely drink water, particularly if you're exercising or spending time outside. For extra taste and freshness, you can also add slices of lemon, cucumber, or mint to your water.
